Some of these technologies are already helping us to better analyse the growing number of mortgage options in the Irish market. Other systems are making us more efficient at handling our customer applications and we believe that this translates into a better service for you. Below is a list of the technologies currently being used in Blue Sky Mortgages offices:

BrokerCRM is unique in that it combines all business areas into one software solution providing a single view of the customer, their products and workflow requirements. | Broker CRM is being used by most Blue Sky Mortgages offices. It is used to manage mortgage applications from application stage to the time the mortgage cheque is issued. It also allows us to maintain accurate up-to-date information on the products that we manage on behalf of our customers. Up-to-date mortgage rates are also held within the Broker CRM system. |

Best Advice is a web-based software solution that compares quotes from mortgage lenders and life insurance companies. | Installed in most of our offices, this software is used by us to identify the lowest price life insurance products in the market at any given time. This information allows us secure the lowest possible price for life cover for our customers. |

This is a technical piece of software that allows mortgage brokers conduct detailed analysis of differing mortgage products. | This software is used in conjunction with Broker CRM. We use it to help compare different mortgages based on different criteria such as rate, LTVs, charges, terms etc. |
